こんにちは。大阪店の足立です。今日は３連休の最終日でした。

この連休、初日は東京へ日帰りで行ってきました。
急に行くことを決めたため、飛行機は満席で取れず、新幹線で往復しました。

帰り道でのお話です。
東京駅の混雑を抜けて、やっと乗りこんだ新幹線。
いつも自由席に乗るため、９割ぐらいは座席が埋まっていました。

海外の方が日本に来て感じるのは、日本の電車などの車内がとても静かだと思うそうです。
確かに、新幹線の車内もかなり静かで、ほとんど人が寝ているような雰囲気でした。

そんな中、おしゃべりが大好きな元気なこどもちゃんが、一人でままごとをしている声が響いていて、それが可愛らしくて、なんともほっこりしました。

私は出身が静岡なので、子供２人を連れて静岡ー大阪間を新幹線で行き来していた頃を思い出しました。
まだ赤ちゃんだったころは「泣いたらどうしよう」とドキドキしたり、保育園時代は「他の人の迷惑にならないように」とかなり気を使って疲れていたのを思い出します。

自分の子供を育てている頃は必至で感じることができなかった可愛さを、最近では子供たちを見ると無条件で可愛く感じてしまいます。

話が飛ぶようですが、当店はお子様連れのご来店もお受けしています。

さて、明日からまたお仕事の方も多いかもしれません。
私は初日に東京へ行ってから、あとの２日はワーカホリックに仕事をしていました。
まだまだやるべきことが山積みですが、そろそろ夕食の準備に行ってきます。
今夜は思春期食べ盛り2人のために餃子100個包みます！!(^^)!

世間ではインフルエンザの感染が広がっているようですね。

Hello, this is Adachi from the Osaka branch. Today was the last day of the three-day weekend.

On the first day of the holiday, I took a day trip to Tokyo.
Since I decided to go on short notice, the flights were fully booked, so I took the Shinkansen round-trip instead.

Let me share a little story from my return trip.
After making my way through the bustling Tokyo Station, I finally boarded the Shinkansen.
As I usually sit in the non-reserved seats, about 90% of them were already occupied.

Many visitors to Japan often say that one thing they notice is how quiet the interior of Japanese trains is.
Indeed, the Shinkansen was remarkably quiet, with an atmosphere where most people seemed to be asleep.

In the midst of this tranquility, the cheerful voice of a lively little child playing pretend games by herself echoed through the car. It was so adorable, and it warmed my heart.

This brought back memories of when I used to travel on the Shinkansen between Shizuoka (my hometown) and Osaka with my two children.
When they were still babies, I would worry nervously, wondering, "What if they start crying?" During their preschool years, I recall being so mindful of not disturbing other passengers that I often ended up completely exhausted.

Now, however, I find myself unconditionally charmed by children, appreciating the cuteness I couldn’t fully recognize when I was busy raising my own kids.

On a slightly unrelated note, our salon welcomes customers with children!

Tomorrow, many of you might be heading back to work.
As for me, after visiting Tokyo on the first day of the holiday, I spent the rest of the time indulging my workaholic tendencies.
There’s still a mountain of tasks waiting for me, but for now, it’s time to prepare dinner.
Tonight, I’ll be making 100 dumplings for my two growing teenagers with endless appetites! 😄

It seems that influenza is spreading widely these days.
