My Goals for This Year

3月も半ばになり、花粉シーズンが本格化していますね。
みなさんは、花粉症は大丈夫ですか？

我が家は、私以外が重度の花粉症なのですが、昨日と今日は「極めて多い」という花粉予想で、とても苦しんでいます。
鼻うがいをすると一時的に楽になるそうですが、夜熟睡できなかったり、早朝に目覚めたりと、辛そうです。

先日テレビで見たのですが、この時期は黄砂やPM2.5が舞う時に、微細な金属も混ざっているそうです。
顔が赤くなったりする方は、金属アレルギーにも注意と聞きました。

私は最近は予防的にマスクをしたりしています。

さて、本題ですが、、、

もう3月になったのですが、今年の目標のお話です。

今年はインスタグラムをがんばろうと決めて、コツコツと投稿しています。

エピテーゼの認知度はまだまだ低く、乳がんを経験しても知らない方もいらっしゃいます。
知っていても、実物を手に取ったことがある方はごくわずかです。

もっと多くの方に知って頂くために、乳房エピテーゼやニップルエピテーゼ、乳房パッドについての疑問にお答えし、情報をお伝えできるように投稿しています。

Now that we’re already in mid-March, allergy season is in full swing.
How are you holding up against pollen allergies?

In my household, everyone except me suffers from severe hay fever. Yesterday and today, the pollen forecast was labeled “extremely high,” and they’re really struggling. Nasal rinses seem to provide temporary relief, but they’re having trouble sleeping through the night and waking up too early.

I recently saw on TV that during this season, fine particles like yellow dust and PM2.5 also carry microscopic metal particles. Some people experience redness on their face, which may be a sign of a metal allergy.

Lately, I’ve been wearing a mask as a preventive measure.

Breast prostheses are still not widely known, and even among those who have experienced breast cancer, many have never heard of them. Even those who are aware may have never had the opportunity to see or touch one in person.

To help more people learn about them, I’ve been posting information about breast prostheses, nipple prostheses, and breast pads—answering common questions and sharing helpful insights.
